We say no to that. Mumaura Recorder works entirely on your device, respects your space, and runs offline — just as it should.
None. MummaApps does not receive, collect, or store personal information, device data, or recording contents. Mumaura Recorder accesses recordings locally to save, organize, and play them for you.
The app only requests the permissions listed below — nothing more. No contacts, location, accounts, or background tracking.
This app does not send any data to servers. All audio and video recording, playback, and file management happens entirely on your device.
Required to record audio and voice memos. The microphone is active only during a recording session that you explicitly start. If you lock the screen or switch apps during that session, recording may continue with a visible Android notification until you stop it. Audio is not transmitted to MummaApps.
Required to record video. The camera is used only when you initiate a video recording. Video behavior in the background can vary by device and Android version. No video is captured automatically or sent to MummaApps.
Required to save your recordings to your device and to browse previously saved recordings. The app does not scan or upload your files. Nothing is accessed without your action.
We do not use any analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking libraries.
You are always in control. A recording begins only after you press the recording control. A session you started may continue when the screen is locked or the app is minimized, with a visible Android notification. The app does not begin a new recording automatically. You can stop recording or revoke permissions at any time.
